I started my Goosebumps Classic Series Recaps a year ago today. I've done ten books so far:
- Night of the Living Dummy
- The Barking Ghost
- The Cuckoo Clock of Doom
- The Horror At Camp Jellyjam
- The Scarecrow Walks At Midnight
- Monster Blood
- How I Got My Shrunken Head
- Let's Get Invisible!
- Beware, the Snowman
- Egg Monsters From Mars
Night of the Living Dummy, The Cuckoo Clock of Doom, The Horror At Camp Jellyjam, Monster Blood, and Let's Get Invisible! were good, The Scarecrow Walks At Midnight was ok, and The Barking Ghost, How I Got My Shrunken Head, Beware, the Snowman, and Egg Monsters From Mars ...left a lot to be desired.
Anyway, I started editing here when I started my recaps, so I've been here a year, officially. Off and on because of school, but a year nonetheless. I've been hitting books and character pages as I go along. The last two books I hit had strong content here and didn't need work, so I'm going to keep on trucking.
I'm about a sixth of the way through. I need to speed this up some, lol. (I recapped some of Animorphs and Fear Street alongside Goosebumps, so I haven't only read ten books this year.) My goal for next year is to at least double my output from this year: 20 Goosebumps recaps instead of 10.
I'll eventually hit them all, but if there are any books you guys want to see sooner rather than later, let me know!
