His name is Salt. I also mentioned him in a previous post but he was along with his younger brother Pepper was one of Slappy and Wally's tormentors when they were younger. They both got killed by a death spell that Slappy and Wally's creator Vlad had cast on them for trying to steal his magic. Now Salt along with Pepper are now ghosts who torment theri victims and sometimes even mind-comtrol them!!!!!!!
