Nate and his family were on their way to the party store, to get some Halloween decorations, how excited Nate was, and his sister Brandy. They arrive at a chilly autum at 11am, the wind felt so fresh, they step inside the store in amazement, hundreds of Halloween stuff, including webs, anamotranic werewolves that cost $200, fake zombies and corpses, hanging ghosts and bats, and so much more, Nate felt like he was going to have a panic attack, but too bad they couldn't get that werewolf, because his mother insisted that he and Brandy would only spend $40. After they pick out what they want, Nate finds a back room, "I wonder what they got in here?" Nate told himself, he finds a huge Grim Reaper decoration, with a sticker that said, free, "They'd really give this away for free?" Nate wondered, but he brought it to the check stand anyway.
After hanging the decorations up all over the house, they go inside to watch a movie, Nate wanted to watch Dark Shadows, Brandy wanted to watch Corpse Bride.
The next morning, the yard was on fire, "Oh my goodness!" Nate's mother screamed, "Who did this!?!" Nate's father put the fire out, "It's a good thing it didn't reach the house" as they walked back inside, Nate heared the Grim Reaper decoration whisper I need a sacrifice! Nate ran in screaming.
Chaos accured inside, Brandy almost got slashed with a knife, Nate's mother broke her leg while falling down the stairs, and Nate's dad nearly looked like Two-Face from Batman after the oven blew up, everyone survived but Nate knew, "This decoration is trying to kill my family" Nate went to the Reaper, "Why are you doing this?" The Reaper responded with a voice that sounded more dead than the voice of the Horned King from The Black Cauldron. I need a sacrafice! Nate replid saying, "I'll get help" The Reaper smeerked, Do you really think anyone will believe you, give me a sacrifice or I'll get one myself! Nate put his foot down, "No!" The Reaper detatched itself from the tree it was hanging on, So be it! Then it flew away.
"Was it that easy?" Nate thought, "You can get rid of him that easy?" He continude, "I wonder what my friend Frank is up too" but when he knocks on Frank's door, no answer, he then looked inside the window, the house was deserted, "I'm sure it's just a coincidence" Nate told himself, then Nate heard a sinister laughter.
