Rick and Tony Beymer, collectively known as The Beymer Twins, are the tertiary antagonists of the third book in the Original Goosebumps series, Monster Blood.
History[]
When Evan Ross is sent to stay with his Great-Aunt Kathryn, he and his new friend Andy run afoul of Rick and Tony Beymer, a pair of twin bullies who often cause trouble around town. When Evan first runs into the twins, they shove Andy off her bike and steal it. This doesn't faze Andy, as this is common and she usually finds her bike later. Later on, Evan is once again confronted by the Beymer twins who are scared off by the bark of Evan's dog Trigger, now growing gigantic after ingesting Monster Blood. The next time Evan encounters them, he's not so lucky as they violently assault him then run away. After the Monster Blood begins to grow out of control and rolls through the streets, both Rick and Tony get swallowed up inside the mass. After Sarabeth, the one who brought the Monster Blood to life, is swallowed inside the mass, the Monster Blood shrinks to nothing and the Beymer Twins are set free, to which they run off in fright.
General information[]

Personality[]
Rick and Tony are a pair of bullies who enjoy giving Evan and Andy a hard time. They're also very quick to violence, not having a problem attacking the pair and stealing their bikes. It's unclear if their encounter with Monster Blood scared them straight.

Trivia[]
- The Beymer Twins do not appear in the television adaptation of the book. It's unclear as to why, but likely a case of the half hour format not allowing much time for them to appear.
- The role of the Beymer Twins would essentially be taken by Conan Barber in the Evan-focused Monster Blood sequels.
