This ended in early 2000?[]
You'd think from the series title it would have taken place during the 00s, at least during 2000 itself, not start two years-ish earlier, and end in the year it's named after! I get that we all thought adding "2000" to things back then gave it a cool and sometimes futuristic title, but the only reason for the title is to separated from the old Goosebumps books, even with the millennium being referenced in the tagline.

I hear that. The whole series was supposed to be this build up to the year 2000, getting people hyped for the new millennium (or the "new millennium of fear" as Stine put it.) Ending the series in 2000 is kind of funny in an ironic way. Dimensionshark (talk) 10:25, November 13, 2018 (UTC)
