Petey

Petey is the Benson's family dog. He knew from the start that the people in Dark Fall's were the living dead, because "dogs always know" according to Ray Thurston. Petey wound up running off and was killed by the undead citizens of Dark Falls. Amanda and Josh see that he smelled like a dead rat and he did not want them. Ray confirmed to Amanda that they killed him. It is unknown if Petey, now a zombie, is still living in Dark Falls or turned into nothing.
