Perry Biddle is a recurring character in Goosebumps. He is portrayed by Jonathan Silverman.
History[]
In 1993, Perry, his wife, Georgia, and their son, Harold, moved into a house they'd inherited from Georgia's grandfather, whom she'd never met. They were happy to be able to give their son, Harold, a fresh start after he was bullied at his previous school. When Harold found a dummy named Slappy in the basement, they tried to discourage him taking it to school, but he defied them and took it anyway. When he grew closer to the dummy, they tried to get him to socialize more with other students. Harold snapped at them, saying he hated them. Georgia and Perry then tried to burn Slappy, planning to tell Harold it was an accident, but Harold found them and told them he hated them. To their surprise, Slappy didn't burn despite being seemingly made of wood. He used a spell to turn both of them into dummies.[1]
