Panic Park is a strange park made in the 1950s. It seems to have all the answers to what's going on in HorrorLand. It was founded by a private man named Karloff Mennis. A mirror is required to get into Panic Park and that is why mirrors are not allowed in Horrorland, because it prevents guests from escaping to there.
Wheel of Fire

Escape From HorrorLand
At the end of Escape From Horrorland, the main characters escape HorrorLand. But they end up getting trapped in Panic Park. Menace tells them, "Can you.. Stay in Panic Park Forever?.....
Role in Goosebumps HorrorLand
Panic Park was introduced when Goosebumps HorrorLand made its debut. Panic Park is the second most important place in Goosebumps HorrorLand. It has even had its own book made, titled The Streets of Panic Park.
