History
Officer Stevens is a police officer in Madison, Delaware that works for the Madison Police Department. He and his partner Officer Brooks first appear where they are dispatched to Mr. Shivers' to investigate the screams that Zach Cooper heard. He explains that Hannah went back home with her mom in London, and the scream was from a horror movie that he was watching on his HDTV which has surround sound. Officer Stevens and Officer Brooks end up telling Zach the penalty for filing a false police report. When Officer Brooks quotes "three years," Officer Stevens quotes "Yeah, close. It... actually, it's a written warning."
At the time when the Goosebumps monsters are loose in Madison, Officer Stevens talks about the monster movie scenarios with Officer Brooks. He is one of the Madison police officers that was frozen by The Body Squeezers when Slappy the Dummy invades the police station.
