Officer Brooks is a character from Goosebumps.
History
Officer Brooks is a rookie police officer in Madison, Delaware who works at the Madison Police Department. She and Officer Stevens first appear when they are dispatched to Mr. Shivers' to investigate the screams that Zach Cooper heard. Cooper explains that Hannah went back home with her mom in London, and the scream was from a horror movie that he was watching on his HDTV which has surround sound. This prompts Officer Stevens and Officer Brooks to rebuke Zach by telling him the penalty for filing a false police report.
At the time when the Goosebumps monsters are loose in Madison, Officer Stevens talks about the monster movie scenarios with Officer Brooks. Later, she becomes one of the Madison police officers who was frozen by The Body Squeezers when Slappy the Dummy invades the police station.
