Ms. Dowling is a recurring character in Goosebumps. She is portrayed by Terry O'Sullivan.
History[]
Ms. Dowling is Isaiah Howard's History teacher. When his grade dropped, she put him on probation, which disallowed him from playing in that week's football game. She told Colin Stokes that Isaiah needed to get an A on that week's test to be eligible to play.[1]
Ms. Dowling was in the library when she noticed Margot Stokes zoned out a table. She snapped Margot out of it and asked if she was using drugs. Margot said she wasn't and asked Ms. Dowling where the darkroom at the school was in 1993. She told Margot it was where the modern AV room was.[2]
