Mr. Toggle is the name of a mad scientist introduced in the thirteenth Goosebumps book, Piano Lessons Can Be Murder.
History
He created a robotic piano teacher known as Dr. Shreek. Though, he kills him. He is obsessed with collecting his students' hands. In the end, he is taken away by a bunch of ghosts.
