Hey GbA! I just wanted to drop by and introduce myself. I am Lostris, and I'll be taking over from Mandy as this wiki's Wiki Manager. As she told you before, we're here to assist you and this community on a more local level, so if you have any questions for staff or need any help, just drop me a message, and I'll be happy to help out. Aside from assisting this community with any possible issues, I am also here to help you out with the fun stuff, so if you have an idea or fun project that you don't quite know how to get off the ground or that you feel could use a little bit more Fandom love, do not hesitate to reach out and pitch me your idea! I will also be getting in contact with the other admins in this community to introduce myself and inform them of this change. I look forward to getting to know you and work together with you and this community!
Hello. About a week or something ago, I added Monster Blood Is Back to the SlappyWorld table template thingy. However, I accidentally placed (and just realized) the book at the bottom of the first column, so the numbers don't make any sense. Could you please help reformat the template? Thank you. STAY SAFE!
Thanks for the suggestions, Mike, but it looks like it's a bit too late for all this now... I should've messaged GBArt about this a week ago, but I forgot to. Oh well. Also idk if I can update the homepage, I've been busy spending time with my family during this quarantine.
According to this website , the 13th book in the SlappyWorld series will be called "Monster Blood Is Back" and judging by the title, it will definitely be about Brains in a Jar on Legs Monster Blood. You think this source is trustworthy? If so, should I write an article for this book?
So I've got a bone to pick with the Characters subpage on book pages that are only available in one medium. I'm all for consistency - but not when it's redundant. The reason the character subpage exists is because sometimes the book or TV episode will have different, less, or more characters than the other medium. But for books with no adaptations, I feel like a subpage page is a bit unneeded, especially when the only info on all the columns in the second row of the table are "Book", which also makes the table unneeded to me. Check this out:
The one on the left displays more characters at once and you don't have to do much scrolling. I think it can easily be an expandable or tabbed section on the book page. Example
The subpages just look nicer in my opinion. And having consistency between all books (which is a work in progress) is especially nice. (Plus, my old argument of being able to link to specific characters. Example, Greta.)
Hey man! I just edited the table in the Goosebumps SlappyWorld page and the GoosebumpsSW template, so that the color in the table would match the colors in the "They Call Me the Night Howler" cover. Is the color I chose okay or would you rather have another one? I'm not sure if the color I picked is appropriate since I'm partially colorblind, lol.
