Sam's three-year-old brother. He has a lot of energy and is constantly biting Sam. Noah and his brother look a lot alike, both having dark eyes and front teeth that stick out. However, Noah has wavy blond hair, while Sam's hair is black. |

A man who works at a restaurant in HorrorLand called the Spear-It Café. He's bald and red-faced and has bright blue eyes. |

A man with curly black hair, dark eyes and a bushy mustache who owns the Little Shop of Hamsters pet shop. He's the main antagonist of this book, as it's revealed at the end of the book that he was testing a formula which would turn hamsters into cruel and aggressive creatures. |

They're Sam and Noah's parents. Mr. Waters is tall and bulky, and he used to play football before he hurt his knee. Now he manages a truck rental company. Not much information is given about Mrs. Waters other than Sam describing her as tiny and very pretty. |
