Laura Howard is a recurring character in Goosebumps. She is portrayed by Lucia Walters.
History[]
Laura's son, Isaiah, was the quarterback on his high school's football team. Her husband, Ben, was counting on Isaiah getting a scholarship to pay for college, but Laura wanted them to stop acting as if that was guaranteed. She fought with Ben over it, wanting them to save more money into an education account for Isaiah. During a game soon after that, Isaiah broke his arm in a tackle and was looking at a 6-8 month recovery.[1]
