Kelli Andersen is one of the main protagonists of the ninth Goosebumps Most Wanted book, Here Comes the Shaggedy.

She isn't happy with moving to Florida, so she tries to convince her father to stay in New York City by scaring her brother, Shawn. She doesn't like being sweaty, nobody caring about her looks, or constantly being told about the Shaggedy, a myth, by her two new friends, Zeke and Decker. Kelli brings up the Shaggedy from the Monster Hole, but not without calling up a totally different monster that wreaked havoc on her small swampy village. At the end of the book, she is told from her dad that they are going back to New York City, but Kelli has changed her mind and has decided that the Florida swamps are more exciting.
