Jordan Blake is the main protagonist of the thirty-eighth Goosebumps book, The Abominable Snowman of Pasadena. He is the older brother of Nicole Blake.

Jordan and Nicole's parents have divorced and their mother moved to Pennsylvania while Jordan and Nicole stayed in Pasadena with their father, Garrison Blake, who is a professional photographer. Whenever their father was out to do some photography, Jordan and Nicole (who Jordan finds very annoying for being so smart) were always left in the heat of their home and in the care of Mrs. Hitchens, as their mother hasn't completely settled in her new home yet. It is always a nightmare to Jordan because Mrs. Hitchens always makes them clean up and her cooking hasn't been very pleasant and she is a loud snorer. And every time their father got home, they would follow him to the developing room to see the photos he has taken in his travels. Jordan and Nicole were also tired of the heat in Pasadena and have always wanted to see snow, as they have seen on television and in pictures.

Jordan is twelve years old, Caucasian, tall and thin with brown hair with blond streaks and tan skin.
Personality[]
For all his life, Jordan had wanted to see snow. He guessed that Pasadena is okay, but he was often tired of being hot and never seeing snow has made Jordan feel that it seemed like something out of a science-fiction movie. Jordan always tried to imagine the cold whenever he saw pictures of snow and often wished he could go there instead of being in the heat and having to have Mrs. Hitchens look after him and Nicole. Jordan doesn't get along with Nicole as he has always been irritated with her for being such a know-it-all and he often wished Nicole was never born. In fact, Jordan has made it his mission in life to make his sister feel the same way. There are moments though, when Jordan and Nicole had to stick together, especially when the Miller twins are around. Jordan cannot stand the Miller twins and he would not stand for any of their nonsense. Jordan also has a great sense of humor, always playing jokes whenever he can (but sometimes it does get him into trouble), and he can also be a thrill-seeker at times. And after their adventures with the snow and the Abominable Snowman, Jordan had learned to accept the heat.
