They're the parents of the protagonist. Mr. Bowen, most known as The Amazing Billy Bowen, is a very popular magician. He's always joking around and showing new tricks to the kids. Mrs. Bowen isn't given a detailed description, other than the fact that she looks a lot like her daughter, both being tall and big, and having straight brown hair and blue eyes. |

| The Duke and the Wizard
|
Two men who rule the kingdom while the Prince is without his head. Duke Alfred of Earle is a very tall man with coffee-colored skin and a bald head with dark eyes, a pointy nose and a long scar across his face. Henway the Wizard is an old man with long white hair and a "Santa" beard. They claim to be the Prince's royal servants. |

Simon is a ragged-looking man with a curly brown beard who claims to be the Prince's "Rat Tender". He tells the kids that his job is to keep thousands of rats in a shack near the castle and feed them until they're fat enough to then be fed to the Prince's five hundred cats. |
