Slappy the Dummy Goosebumps 2 Haunted Halloween
Night of the Living Dummy Slappy the Dummy is a recurring villain throughout the Goosebumps franchise. He's an evil ventriloquist dummy and the main antagonist of Goosebumps 2: Haunted Halloween. In the film, Slappy tries to trick Sonny Quinn, Sam Carter and Sarah Quinn into accepting him as a member of their family. However, seeing that his plans don't work, Slappy decides to take revenge. He uses the magic words that gave him life, "Karru Marri Odonna Loma Molonu Karrano", to give life to all decorations, costumes, and everything related to Halloween, starting a wave of panic, death and destruction around Wardenclyffe.

Walter Haunted Halloween
Goosebumps 2: Haunted Halloween Movie Novel A living mask resembling an ugly old man's face that functions like the original Haunted Mask who appeared in the Movie Novel from the second film, both in the novel and in the movie, the mask takes possession of the pharmacy's manager, Walter, transforming him into an Igor-esque ogre. Walter is Slappy's right hand, being the spiritual successor of the Haunted Car from the first film.

Goosebumps 2: Haunted Halloween Movie Novel A giant spider made of purple, orange, and red balloons by Mr. Chu as part of his Halloween decorations. During the Wardenclyffe invasion, the spider comes alive, using cotton webbing to catch his victims, however, in the story of the Movie Novel, when it's balloon-like legs begins to pop it releases a bunch real spiders. The spider serves as a spiritual successor of the Giant Praying Mantis from the first film.

Witches
Goosebumps 2: Haunted Halloween A trio of evil ghost-like witches who first appear in the pharmacy as three witch hats. When Slappy recites his magic words, the witches reincarnate from the hats along with their brooms. They're able to fly, reveal a terrifying ghostly face through their globe-shaped heads, and cast spells through their hands.

Flying Pumpkins
Goosebumps 2: Haunted Halloween Jack-O'-Lanterns that are brought to life by Slappy using the Tesla Tower, gaining animated faces and bat-like wings.

Goosebumps 2: Haunted Halloween These ghosts are Halloween decorations owned by Mr. Chu. During the Wardenclyffe invasion, the ghosts come alive, chasing trick-or-treaters across Mr. Chu's yard and throughout town. One of these ghosts retrieves Haunted Halloween from Sarah for Slappy.

Pumpkinhead Haunted Halloween
Goosebumps 2: Haunted Halloween The Pumpkin-headed tree monster is a tall Jack-O'-Lantern-headed humanoid whose body resembles a humanoid tree. He is a Halloween decoration brought to life by Slappy when using the Tesla Tower. His design is a homage to the Pumpkin Heads from the book Attack of the Jack-O'-Lanterns.

Red Vixen

Goosebumps 2: Haunted Halloween Red Vixen is a Bride of a Frankenstein-esque monster bride with an exposed brain. She comes to life thanks to a mask based on her face, displayed in the pharmacy's Halloween masks section. Her name was revealed in the featurette "Monster Roll Call".
Undead Pirate

Goosebumps 2: Haunted Halloween An undead, zombified pirate armed with two swords and a pistol. He comes to life thanks to a hat, displayed in the pharmacy's Halloween masks section.

Cyborg
The Creepy Creations of Professor Shock A female Afro-American cyborg with metal crab-like hands and a camera-like right eye that has a shining red light that is based off the ones that appeared in the Give Yourself Goosebumps book The Creepy Creations of Professor Shock. She comes to life thanks to a mask based on her face, displayed in the pharmacy's Halloween masks section.

Scarecrow Haunted Halloween

Goosebumps 2 Scarecrow Couple
The Scarecrow Walks at Midnight Three animated scarecrows based off the ones that appeared in the book The Scarecrow Walks at Midnight. The first scarecrow has buttons for eyes and came to life thanks to a hat, displayed in the pharmacy's Halloween masks section. The other two are a tall scarecrow couple that were brought to life by Slappy using the Tesla Tower.
Alien

Arcturan Goosebumps 2
Goosebumps 2: Haunted Halloween An alien based off the Gray Aliens featured in old sci-fi movies. He comes to life thanks to mask based on his face, displayed in the pharmacy's Halloween masks section.
Purple Zombie

Werweolf Goosebumps 2 Haunted Halloween
The Werewolf of Fever Swamp Will Blake is a werewolf who appeared in the book The Werewolf of Fever Swamp. His appearance is totally similar to his appearance in the first film. The only exception is that he now comes to life thanks to a Goosebumps-themed mask based on his face, displayed in the pharmacy's mask section.
Bat Monster

Goosebumps 2: Haunted Halloween A bat-like monster, possibly either an Ahool or an Olitiau. He is a Halloween decoration brought to life by Slappy using the Tesla Tower.
Goblins

Prince Khor Ru Haunted Haloween
Return of the Mummy Prince Khor-Ru is an ancient mummy who appeared in the book Return of the Mummy. His appearance is roughly similar to his appearance in the first film. The only exception is that he now comes to life thanks to a Goosebumps-themed Halloween costume modeled after him.
La Catrina

Goosebumps 2: Haunted Halloween A trio of female animated skeleton styled after the Day of the Dead, the Latin counterpart to Halloween. They are Halloween decorations brought to life by Slappy using the Tesla Tower.

Goosebumps 2: Haunted Halloween These additional mummies are Halloween decorations owned by Mr. Chu. During the Wardenclyffe invasion, the mummies come alive, trashing Mr. Chu's yard and scaring away trick-or-treaters.

During the Wardenclyffe invasion, the skeletons come alive, chasing trick-or-treaters across Mr. Chu's yard and throughout town. One such skeleton can be seen walking the Skeleton Dog, a possible reference to Curly the Skeleton from the covers of the Tales to Give You Goosebumps series.

Headless Horseman

Revenge of the Lawn Gnomes Hap and Chip are a pair of Lawn Gnomes who appeared in the book Revenge of the Lawn Gnomes. They are small and easy to break although they can reassemble themselves. While retaining the gnomes' general shape and structure from the first film, Chip and Hap are more zombie-like. It isn't clear if they appeared in the first film.
