Goosebumps Wiki

Beginning in 2004, 20th Century Fox began releasing episodes of the Goosebumps TV series on DVD. The artwork used for the DVDs used Tim Jacobus' art from the Goosebumps series. The template which surrounds the artwork mimics the style used for the 2003 - 2007 Goosebumps book reprints.

In 2008, the Goosebumps DVDs were rebooted. The artwork were made completely from the ground up, taking on a more realistic style, rather than reusing Jacobus' original Goosebumps art. Many DVDs were also re-released in 2012 to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Goosebumps. A complete series set was released, but only in Germany and other PAL regions.

Menu Concepts[]

In 2008, 3D graphic designer Thom Schillinger was contacted by Scholastic to design three menus for the Series 2 DVDs. While all incomplete and unused, Thom did share these menu covers to his personal blog. While it is not specified which DVD each artwork would’ve used for, it can be inferred that they were for "A Night in Terror Tower", "One Day at HorrorLand", and "Monster Blood".[1]
