Trick or Treat Studios is a company that creates Halloween merchandise typically based on popular horror properties. From 2017 to 2018 they released Goosebumps themed masks until Scholastic declined to renew the license in favor of a "direct to retail agreement only with Spirit Halloween."[1][2] In 2022, Trick or Treat Studios regained the Goosebumps license and plan to release new masks and figures based on the franchise later in 2024.
