Donald Harvey "Don" Francks (born February 28, 1932, died April 3, 2016) was a Canadian actor and musician. He played the Swamp Hermit in "The Werewolf of Fever Swamp".
Francks died in Toronto on April 3, 2016, of lung cancer.

- Don has a daughter named Cree Summer, who is a voice actress, best known for playing Susie in the Nickelodeon animated series Rugrats and Elmyra Duff in Tiny Toon Adventures.
- Like his daughter, Don himself has done voice acting work, primarily for Nelvana, uch as Mok Swagger in the movie Rock and Rule (1983), "Skunk" in My Dad the Rock Star, and incidental voices in the first season of Inspector Gadget (where his daughter Cree voiced Penny), including filling in as Dr. Claw in a few episodes.
