Dark Falls
is where the setting of both the television episode and book of the same name Welcome to Dead House. It is unknown where Dark Falls, actually is as it was not revealed in either the book of show.

Other Places in Dark Falls
Chemical Plant
Was the progenitor before the story began, an accident at the chemical plant three years ago caused all those that were contaminated to become the walking dead. Those that they feed on the fresh blood of the living which becomes just like them.
Dead House
Is the lure for outsiders to come with their families, the townspeople then feed.
Dark Falls Cementery
This is where Ray attacked Amanda in the book and where both Josh and Amanda were chased through the woods by the townspeople. It is unclear just how many headstones there are, but it must be quite a lot of them.
The Woods
This is where both Josh and Amanda went out to search for their dog Petey, but wound up being chased by the bloodthirsty townspeople instead.
