Danny Elfman (born May 29, 1953) is an American music composer for films. He is best known for scoring Tim Burton movies, such as The Nightmare Before Christmas, Sleepy Hollow, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Batman, Corpse Bride, Alice in Wonderland, and Dark Shadows. Elfman has also scored films from other directors, including the first two Sam Raimi Spider-Man films, Men in Black, and Epic. In addition, Elfman created the score for the 2015 Goosebumps film. His music for the movie can also be heard on the soundtrack album, released by Sony Classical and Madison Gates Records digitally on October 9, 2015 and physically on October 23, 2015.
