Byron is a Horror. He is tall and has a pair of yellow horn. He has wavy hair.
He shows like he is helping the children but he actually work for The Menace and make them go to the Panic Park where they are trapped by The Menace. Unlike other Horrors, he wanted to help the children get into Panic Park, not keep them away from it.
He tricks the Very Special Guests into thinking that Panic Park is the safe place and HorrorLand is the DANGEROUS place. Actually, the truth is the opposite.
