Blue Monster Blood is a substance, from Monster Blood IV. The blood is a small, blue slug like creature. They have large lips and black eyes on stalks. They simply suck up water from pipes, humans and hoses until they swell up like ballons. They then explode and send a wave of blue slime everywhere. At the end, it turns out this isn't even Monster Blood. It is the reasult of ten years and $50 million of investment in development of an underwater fighting force. Also, any one who eats it can't stop drinking water and will multiply.
