They simply suck up water from pipes, humans and hoses until they swell up like ballons. They then explode and send a wave of blue slime everywhere. At the end, it turns out this isn't even Monster Blood. It is the reasult of ten years and $50 million of investment in development of an underwater fighting force. Also, any one who eats it can't stop drinking water and will multiply. |

Blue Monster Blood is a substance, from Monster Blood IV. The blood is a small, blue slug like creature. They have large lips and black eyes on stalks.
