Whassup edgy ChickenPimples fans, it's ya boi SharkBud 2000 here back with another epic blog. Whilst on a crawl through archives of The Bumps, I began reading the 'Ask R. L.' sections because I really don't have anything better to do haha lol existential. This lead me to find some rather interesting things...

Question: What happened to "Brain Juice" and "The Good, The Bad, And The Very Itchy?"
R.L.'s Answer: Those two titles are still just titles. No story ideas to go with them. Here are two other titles that don't have stories: Feeding Frenzy, and 43 Freakout Street(Link.)

There we go, we have three unused Series 2000 titles. We could mark them as just irrelevant ideas, if not for the fact that Brain Juice pops up too, which means Stine must …

Hello everyone. CindyLou95 here. In the last two years, I have made two blog posts about what R. L. Stine should have done with some of his sequels. Well now, I have done some brainstorming for sequels that R. L. Stine could have written in place of some stories that didn't work out and how they could have gone. And I have written this blog to share my thoughts and ideas with you. As always, there are some things that I should let you know about before I go any further. First of all, there will be spoilers from some books that you haven't read yet, so if you don't want any spoilers then you may want to leave the page. Second, I'm not saying any of this to be mean or critical to R. L. Stine - I'm just saying what is on my mind. And third, e…

    Hello!

Hi everyone! I'm Sydney, but you can call me Syd. Im still a little new to this Wiki but quickly adjusting! I love working on it to help expand our community. Heres a little sneek peak of who i am!

Im 16 and i live in the USA. Ive been a HUGE fan of Goosebumps and Stine series for as long as I can remember-Kindergarten! I remember like it was yesterday, 2006 I'd say, I was at Wendy's with my Grandmother, and I recieved a Goosebumps PC game in my kids meal!! I was so excited and I remember getting hooked on the game and growing an interest in the series as I grew up. Every time the show was on TV, I'd watch it until a different movie or show came on. Now that its been on Netflix, I still watch it in my free time! Oh, the nostalgia. In elemen…

I've been thinking, what if 20th century fox made the first Goosebumps movie. Because they made the TV Show in the '90s. Honestly, as much as i liked the film, i feel like Fox would do a better job at handling it. It could have more scares, more monsters, and better yet, THE THEME SONG!!

Also, my name is Lux, and i'm new here.

Hi there, denizens of the Goosebumps Wiki, my name is Retro (the name I tend to use online) and I'm a blogger. I've been blogging for over a decade, originally for the blog Tooncrap, before it became my own blog for writing on anything I find interesting. Particularly if it's retro stuff. My external blog is called Retro Oasis . In 2017 I started a side blog on the blog called Gooseblog, which reviewed all the Goosebumps books and other pieces of media. I review the books in a more tongue in cheek version, not entirely in a harsh critique, but when I dislike or like a book I'll definitely have more passion in my bass. Currently my blog is into the Series 2000 era (while covering other things around that era and beyond). If you'd like to ch…

    Happy Anniversary, Me

    December 26, 2018 by Yeerk

I started my Goosebumps Classic Series Recaps a year ago today. I've done ten books so far:

    1. Night of the Living Dummy
    2. The Barking Ghost
    3. The Cuckoo Clock of Doom
    4. The Horror At Camp Jellyjam
    5. The Scarecrow Walks At Midnight
    6. Monster Blood
    7. How I Got My Shrunken Head
    8. Let's Get Invisible!
    9. Beware, the Snowman
    10. Egg Monsters From Mars

Night of the Living Dummy, The Cuckoo Clock of Doom, The Horror At Camp Jellyjam, Monster Blood, and Let's Get Invisible! were good, The Scarecrow Walks At Midnight was ok, and The Barking Ghost, How I Got My Shrunken Head, Beware, the Snowman, and Egg Monsters From Mars ...left a lot to be desired.

Anyway, I started editing here when I started my recaps, so I've been here a year, officially. Off and on because of school, but a yea…

    SCARY CHRISTMAS TO ALL

    December 25, 2018 by Goosebumpsgeek

So I know I have absent to the wiki for a while but it's because ever since I kept failing my 2-week editing streak for a badge so I just gave up and maybe tried again later but that didn't mean I took a break from goosebumps. I even made REAL LIFE Monster Blood, Finished reading 'How I Learned to Fly', Print out Goosebumps Colouring Pages and coloured them and just got the book 'Beware, the Snowman'. And since it's the night before Christmas, I made a song as a gift for you to sing to friends or family (just give me some credit)

Then I shrank very briefly, for a few seconds. No, I don’t know why it’s purple. I see you’re admiring my laptop. Get your hands off it! It’s brand new! This picture to be precise: His name is Slappy. He is very famous. He’s had a whole load of books featuring him. A series too. But are the books good? Some of them are great, some are bad, some are just BORING. So, welcome to my first ever review, of NoTLD books Part 1. Try not…

So after reading the comments on my recent blog post I’ve come to the conclusion that Wally isn’t Mr.Wood, so I’ve come up with a new theory about Wally, since the events of Slappy’s Nightmare are all just a dream besides the ending, it could mean Wally never actually was alive and was just an ordinary dummy, this would explain why he’s never mentioned in any flashback of Slappy, because he’s not even his real brother. Jimmy O'James could have just made it up to scare Slappy, of course this probably wasn’t the original intent, but maybe it could be what happened in the current timeline, I mean it would fix the timeline, as with this theory Slappy’s Nigthmare could take place before Bride of The Living Dummy, which would explain why Jimmy s…

    Goosebumps 2 review!

    October 13, 2018 by NicktheDummy

I'm not going to spoil the film here, as I already wrote the full plot summary on the page Goosebumps 2: Haunted Halloween.

Anyway, I really liked the movie, it was fun, exciting, and just plain awesome! I wouldn't say it's better than the first one, but it was more fun to watch than the first one, in fact, I think it feels more like a Goosebumps story than the first one!

The monsters in the film are cool, I like all the new monsters, and the old ones, which are Slappy, The Werewolf, The Abominable Snowman, The Mummy, The Scarecrow, and the Lawn Gnomes!

I loved the cast, Wendi McLendon-Covey and Ken Jeong were hilarious! The rest of the cast were good too.

My only spoiler here is that the end credits features a montage of the monsters in the f…

    1. 5. You can’t scare me. This one is underrated in my opinion. I get it, it’s not really scary. It’s about a very intelligent girl who talks a monsters head off.
    1. 4. The Haunted Mask. I love the entire story of Carly Beth and her getting revenge on her bullies. The first one is better than the second one.
    1. 3. Werewolf Of Fever Swamp. This is number 3 because I just absolutely love werewolves.
    1. 2. Night Of The Living Dummy III. I think slappy is very creepy in this episode. Also the fact that he has a bodyguard named ‘Rocky’,
    1. 1. My hairiest adventure. I chose this for my number 1 spot because it was my very first episode. Kind of a cheesy story, but still great nonetheless.

Hey there! I am Murder the Clown and here is another GooseBlog, where I'm gonna show you the 5 craziest and most cruel Goosebumps villains ever (they're not in order, as I think most of them are in the same level of madness). Beware of spoilers.

To give you some background, if you haven't read Attack of the Jack O' Lanterns and you don't care for spoilers: The Jack O' Lanterns appear out of nowhere when the protagonists are trick or treating. They lead the kids to a street they don't know, where they force them to trick or treat forever. In the end they turn out to be basically two aliens who are friends with the protagonist.

Although the whole thing is revealed in the end of the book to be a joke the protagonist decided to pull in the other ki…

Hi guys, Murder here, and today I decided to write a GooseBlog about five Goosebumps villains who were not as bad as many people think. I feel that this is turning repetitive in my blog posts, but remember that this is just my opinion. Also, this is NOT a Top 5, as these monsters will not be listed in a specific order. Well, without further ado, let's begin.

Oh, and beware of spoilers and stuff like that.

At the top of the list we have the villain of the 38th book in the Original Series, The Abominable Snowman of Pasadena. Although this guy is depicted as a furious and animalesque creature in the Goosebumps movie, in the book it's a completely different case. First of all, he is not much taller than a 12 years old, and that is said in the book…

I got the movie novel and Slappy's Return, and they're awesome, I am now excited for this film and you may like it too, also, out of all the scenes in the movie novel, the gummy bears only appear in ONE SCENE! So for those who do this, please stop judging the film off of that one scene, that's like throwing away an entire carton of Strawberries because only one of them is rotten! Anyway, the main reason for this blog, check out this image from Slappy's Return:

    In this picture we see:

    • Curly the Skeleton
    • Pumpkin head
    • Scarecrow
    • Mummy
    • Horrorland Horror
    • The Haunted Mask

We also see more masks with The Haunted Mask advertised, so that most likely means that the green old man on the poster is the mask from The Haunted Mask II!

This book is actually really good. I think it's quite an underrated book, people say it's a bit slow and not much happens.
