Billy Brown and Dan Angel are American screenwriters. They have written films and TV series including The X-Files, Animorphs, R. L. Stine's The Haunting Hour: Don't Think About It, R. L. Stine's The Haunting Hour: The Series, and Spooksville. The latter is also a producer, and is the founder of Fezzwig Studios. They served as the showrunners on the Goosebumps TV series.
